Custom welding for yachts and boats
Guardrails, handrails, davits, cleats, arches: Prestige Nautic fabricates and fits every metal part to measure — stainless, steel, aluminium — with a finish worthy of the finest shipyards.
Marine welding — precision and longevity
Every boat has its metal needs: deck, cockpit and anchoring equipment. We work with all metals suited to the marine environment — 316L stainless, steel, aluminium — chosen according to the part, its use and the desired look. 316L stainless remains a reference for its corrosion resistance and bright finish, but it is not the only material we use.
At Prestige Nautic, we custom-fabricate every part your boat needs. From a simple mounting plate to a sailboat's complete guardrails, everything is designed, cut, bent and welded with the process suited to the metal, then polished to the desired finish — mirror or brushed. The result is a unique part, made for your boat.
Marine-grade metals — 316L stainless, suitable alloys. Impervious to salt water, spray and UV. No special maintenance needed to keep their look.
Every part is fabricated from your boat's exact measurements. No compromises, no adaptations: the part fits perfectly.
Mirror polishing for a very high-end bright finish, or a satin brushed finish for a more contemporary style. Your choice.
We weld with every type of process, chosen to suit the metal and the part. Clean, strong, even beads: no spatter, no inclusions, maximum strength.
From design to installation
Every part is fabricated in our workshop, from measurement to final polishing, before being installed on your boat.
Measurement and design
Measurements taken directly on the boat, definition of shapes, tube diameters and mounting points. A drawing is made before any fabrication.
Cutting and bending in the workshop
Tubes and bars cut to exact lengths, bent to the defined angles, joints fitted before assembly.
Welding and assembly
Parts assembled with the welding process suited to the metal. Beads are fully penetrating, even and ground back for a smooth surface before polishing.
Polishing and finishing
Successive passes through several grit grades, up to the desired finish: satin brushed or bright mirror. Every part is cleaned and protected before delivery.
Installation and fastening on board
Installation of the part on the boat, drilling if needed, fastening with stainless bolts and watertight seals. Strength and alignment checked.

Hard-tops, bathing platforms, tables, ladders, Starlink: custom work adapts to every boat, whatever the metal.
Everything about custom welding
What do you fabricate?
Guardrails, pulpits, stanchions, handrails, davits, cleats, plates, hardware mounts, gantries and custom parts to your needs.
What type of welding do you use?
Every type of process, chosen to suit the metal and the part. Whatever the process, the goal is the same: clean, strong beads suited to the marine environment.
Do you work on existing parts or custom ones?
Both: replacement or repair of an existing element, or complete fabrication of a new part from measurements and drawings. It is also a frequent workstream of a full refit.
Which finishes do you offer?
Brushed or mirror-polished finish depending on the desired look, with a surface treatment that preserves the metal over time.
Which metals withstand seawater?
We choose marine-grade metals — 316L stainless, aluminium alloys and treated steels — according to the part, for their resistance to salt corrosion.
Do you work in my marina?
Based in Toulon, we work across the entire French Riviera: Hyères, Bandol, Sanary, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco.
